Join me for this 2-hour workshop focused on hip-openers and discover the transformative benefits of poses that increase the range of motion and strength in the hips.

Many of us experience “tightness” in our hips as a result of extended periods sitting at a desk or through repetitive movements such a running and cycling. We know that stress can also lead to a griping of the muscles around the pelvis and hips.

By increasing the range of movement and strength in your hips you can enjoy:
• A greater feeling of ease in the body and mind.
• Reduced back, hip and knee pain
• Increased mobility in your pelvis
• Greater mobility of the spine – which in turn creates space & strength to move deeper into both backbends and forward bend.

Unlock tension, reduce stress, and improve your posture with targeted stretches and movements.

Together we will explore a mixture of dynamic poses as well as more supported postures with longer holds to get deep into the hips and pelvic region.
