Extract Strength from your practice

In this workshop we will explore what it means to have strength and ease in practice.  We will work from the deep layers of the body outwards to the external layers in order to build awareness and develop strength. Through these practices we can create a more stable foundation, develop endurance, strength and stability.

Both physical and mental internal strength make it easier to move through the world with ease and grace.   This internal strength helps us transition through postures with more control, helps the body feel light in balance and is key to safe and stable inversions.  We will work on techniques to jump through and back as well as headstand drills to build core stability.

We will explore how to use breathing techniques to help connect to bandhas and strengthen our deep core musculature.

Like all workshops, all levels of experience are welcome.

Come with an open mind, ready to explore. There will be time for questions and the session will be tailored to suit the group.
